In this prototype all figures are illustrative. In an operational deployment, indicator values would be sourced from state and federal statistical releases, agency monitoring systems and verified partner submissions, with a published revision history.

- Full keyboard operation, visible focus indicators and a skip link to main content.
- Colour contrast checked against AA thresholds; colour is never the only cue.
- Every chart has an equivalent data table, and images use meaningful alternative text.
